Development Framework for Oracle Business Analytics at Arriva

Requirement

Following on from implementation of R12 of the E-Business Suite and several BI applications, Arriva believed they were not feeling the full benefits from their BI investment.

Solution

Project performed a health check on the BI infrastructure and processes, focusing on procurement and spend analytics.  This was followed up by a development framework which covered best practice, robust release process and reconciliation of the data-warehouse.   This work ensured Arriva was able to start enjoying the full benefits of the original BI investment.

This project was showcased at an Oracle User Group session.
